1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pantry2door.com.au (the "Site") and any order you place with Pantry2Door. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
2. About Pantry2Door
Pantry2Door is operated by GANI Tech Pty Ltd (ABN: 33 683 311 006), based in Saint Clair, NSW 2759, Australia. You can reach us by email at support@pantry2door.com.au or via WhatsApp.
3. Eligibility and serviceable area
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We currently deliver by hand, Sydney-wide, to a fixed list of serviceable postcodes within approximately 35km of Westmead NSW 2145. We can only accept orders for delivery addresses within this area. If your postcode isn't covered, we're not yet able to fulfil your order.
4. Products and availability
Our Site lists the range of Indian and South Asian grocery products we aim to offer. Availability of a specific product isn't guaranteed at all times, even if it appears in stock on the Site. We aim to keep product images, ingredients, nutritional information, and other product details on the Site accurate and up to date. However, this information may change from time to time, and there may be a delay before the Site reflects those changes. From time to time, the photo shown for a product may not exactly match the item you receive — this is an unintentional operational issue, such as a photo update still in progress, not a deliberate substitution — so product photos should be treated as indicative only, not a guarantee of exact packaging, branding, or size. Where accuracy matters to you — for example, if you have an allergy or dietary requirement — we recommend checking the label on the product you receive, or contacting the manufacturer directly, rather than relying solely on the Site.
5. Placing and confirming an order
When you place an order, we aim to confirm it with you within 24 hours. If any item in your order is unavailable, we'll substitute it with a similar product by default. You can choose not to receive substitutes when you order. If you do, or if no reasonable substitute exists, we'll leave that item out of your order instead. Either way, you won't be charged for anything we can't supply.
6. Pricing and payment
All prices on the Site are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. Where GST applies under Australian law, it is calculated and added at checkout. Payment is required to confirm your order. We currently accept card payment via our secure Shopify Payments checkout. PayID bank transfer is a payment method we plan to offer in future — it isn't yet available at checkout, as our PayID account isn't yet configured to confirm payments automatically.
7. Delivery
Orders are hand-delivered by the Pantry2Door team, Sydney-wide within our serviceable postcodes, Monday to Saturday. We aim to give you an estimated 4-hour delivery window, communicated to you at the start of your delivery day. If you're not home when we arrive, you authorise us to leave your order in a safe place at your door. If we're unable to deliver your order on the scheduled attempt for any reason, a second delivery attempt will incur the standard delivery fee, even if your order qualified for free delivery. Delivery fees and any free-delivery threshold are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We'll confirm delivery timing with you directly as part of order confirmation.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched, at no cost. Just get in touch via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible — if emailing, please always include your order number in the subject line. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation will incur a fee of 20% of your order value to cover administration costs.
9. Returns and refunds
Our approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds beyond the substitute-or-refund process described in Section 5 is set out separately in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Your consumer guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (or any other law) that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. Those guarantees apply in addition to, and are not limited by, anything else in these Terms.
11. Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and the Pantry2Door name and branding, is owned by or licensed to GANI Tech Pty Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to Section 10 above, Pantry2Door's liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or an order is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant goods or refunding the amount paid for them. Some laws don't allow certain liability limitations. Where that's the case, this section applies only to the extent the law allows.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to how Pantry2Door operates. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
